Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been washed, dyed, or styled to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Email our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your order number.
Inspection & Approval
Submit clear photos of the unit, including the uncut lace and original packaging, to verify the item is in its brand-new, resaleable condition.
Ship the Item
Once approved, securely pack the hair in its original box and ship it to our designated return address using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
